August 2026 · compared with July
Search visibility grew. Start with pages gaining impressions but still attracting few clicks.
Connect your accounts, fill in your details, and run your first monthly search and website traffic report. Then set up the same workflow to repeat.
Follow Composio’s ChatGPT setup guide to connect Composio to ChatGPT Work. Then connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Bing Webmaster Tools through Composio. Use accounts that can access the website you want to report on.
Before running the full prompt, ask ChatGPT to list the available properties through Composio. Confirm that all three sources include the correct website.
Send the starter message in the next section with your company name and website. Ask ChatGPT to identify the connected reporting properties and find your brand colors, then confirm the matches. Use the placeholder table for anything it cannot resolve.
If several GA4 properties have similar names, ask ChatGPT to show their IDs and confirm the right one before retrieving data.
Copy the full prompt below into ChatGPT. Ask ChatGPT to fill the placeholders with the details you just confirmed, then provide any missing values using the reference table. For your first report, remove [EXISTING REPORT URL] and leave that value blank. Keep the rest of the reporting instructions.
Choose your audience before running: the template below explicitly requests public access. For an internal report, replace its public-access instructions in your copy with a request to keep the Site private and share only with selected people. See Sites sharing options.
Choose your reporting timezone and brand colors. The prompt automatically asks for the previous completed month, so you don’t need to enter dates each time.
With Sites available in the same conversation, submit your customized prompt. Check the reporting dates, source totals, month-over-month changes, and any missing-data notices against the original tools.
New Sites are private by default: access is limited to the owner and workspace admins until you change it. Use Share to choose your audience; public sharing is optional and depends on your account and workspace settings. Save the report URL for future runs.
After the first report works, put its URL into [EXISTING REPORT URL] in your saved prompt. Ask ChatGPT to schedule it monthly in the same conversation, with the same connected tools and Sites project available.
Confirm the schedule and timezone. Review the first scheduled run: the URL should stay the same, the new month should appear in the selector, and earlier reports should remain available. If a source fails, fix the connection before rerunning.

Create and publish a monthly search and website analytics report for [COMPANY NAME]. Use Composio with the connected Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Bing Webmaster Tools accounts. Use ChatGPT Sites to publish and maintain the report. REPORT SITE LOGIC If an existing report site is provided at: [EXISTING REPORT URL] update that exact Sites project. Preserve its project identity, URL, historical reports, design system, and existing functionality. Do not create a new website. If no existing report URL is provided, create a new public Sites report for [COMPANY NAME]. The first version should establish the permanent report structure described below. After creating the first report, use that same Sites project for every future monthly run. Never create a separate website for each month. The report should function as a continuously updated analytics dashboard with historical monthly views. DATE LOGIC Use [TIMEZONE] as the reporting timezone. Report on the previous completed calendar month. Compare it with the calendar month immediately before it. Never include the current incomplete month. For example, if this runs in October, report September 1–30 and compare it with August 1–31. GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE Use the exact property: [GSC PROPERTY] Use web search. Collect total clicks, total impressions, CTR, average position, daily performance, search queries, ranking pages, countries, devices, and search appearance. Retrieve every available row and paginate until the available dataset is exhausted. For every query and page, show clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position. Order query and page tables by impressions from highest to lowest by default. BING WEBMASTER TOOLS Use the exact verified property: [BING PROPERTY] Collect daily site totals, top queries, and top pages. Restrict or aggregate the data to the completed reporting month. Include clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position wherever available. If Bing returns repeated daily or weekly entries for the same query or page, combine them. Calculate combined average position using impressions as the weighting factor where sufficient data is available. Clearly distinguish complete site totals from limited query/page breakdowns. If query or page breakdown impressions do not equal site totals, explicitly state that Bing limited or withheld part of the breakdown. Never invent missing terms or values. GOOGLE ANALYTICS 4 Use: Account: [GA4 ACCOUNT NAME] Property: [GA4 PROPERTY NAME] Collect sessions, total users, new users, engaged sessions, engagement rate, average session duration, page views, event count, and key events. Also collect daily traffic, countries, cities, landing pages, viewed pages, source / medium, default channel group, device category, and events. Compare the primary metrics with the preceding month. Calculate both absolute change and percentage change. SEARCH AND TRAFFIC ANALYSIS Analyze the most important changes in organic visibility, rankings, website traffic, and engagement. Identify pages with the largest impression gains and losses, newly ranking queries, queries that disappeared from the available dataset, queries with the largest impression gains and losses, meaningful ranking-position changes, and high-impression queries ranking in positions 1–10 with unusually few or no clicks. Separate branded and non-branded search performance. Treat [BRAND NAME] and obvious misspellings or close variants as branded. Identify traffic from ChatGPT and other clearly identifiable AI assistants separately wherever the source data supports this. Highlight traffic sources with unusually strong engagement, while clearly noting small sample sizes. Check for URL consistency problems including www vs non-www, HTTP vs HTTPS, trailing slash duplicates, and multiple URL variants pointing to similar content. Do not claim causation from correlation. MONTHLY HISTORY Preserve every previously published month and its underlying data. Add each newly completed month to a selector near the top of the report. Make the newest completed month the default view. Switching months must happen inside the same report and must not navigate users to another website. Do not modify historical months unless correcting an obvious factual or technical error. If this is the first report and no historical report exists, establish this structure so future runs can append new months without rebuilding the site. REPORT STRUCTURE Order each monthly view as: 1. Overview 2. Google and Bing comparison 3. Key findings 4. Google Search performance 5. Bing Search performance 6. Website traffic and engagement 7. Ranking pages 8. All ranking queries 9. Countries and devices 10. Recommended actions 11. Methodology and data limitations VISUAL DESIGN Use: Font: [FONT] Primary color: [PRIMARY COLOR] Text color: [TEXT COLOR] Background: [BACKGROUND COLOR] Border color: [BORDER COLOR] Card color: [CARD COLOR] Positive change: [POSITIVE COLOR] Negative change: [NEGATIVE COLOR] Keep the report compact, responsive, data-first, and easy to scan. Do not use a large marketing-style hero. Provide navigation for Overview, Google, Bing, Traffic, Rankings, and Actions. TABLES AND CHARTS Order impression-based tables from highest to lowest by default. Provide searchable tables for queries, pages, countries, and traffic sources. Provide CSV downloads where practical. Use charts only where they improve understanding. Always show exact values in tables instead of requiring users to estimate numbers from charts. DATA QUALITY RULES Never fabricate data. If a primary source fails, is disconnected, or does not contain the complete requested reporting period, do not silently publish a partial report. Explain what failed, what data is missing, and what needs to be fixed. A limited secondary breakdown may be published only when clearly labelled as incomplete or limited. State that query and page rows may not sum to reported totals because search providers can withhold low-volume data. Before publishing, verify every displayed total, delta, percentage, average, and weighted position. PUBLISHING If this is the first run, create the permanent public Sites report and return its URL. If this is a later run, publish the new month to the existing Sites project and keep the same URL. Keep the report publicly accessible without requiring ChatGPT sign-in. After publishing, return: 1. The report URL 2. The five most important findings from the newly completed month 3. Any data-quality or source limitations encountered during the run
